Received Wrong Product
We offer hassle-free returns or replacements if:
The product specifications differ from whatโs listed on our website.
The product brand is different from what was mentioned (for generic/local products, brand may vary based on availability).
The product material is not as described. (Note: For machinery, tools, equipment, spares, or accessories, product color may vary due to manufacturing upgrades.)
Received Damaged Product
We provide full replacement, partial replacement, or refund based on the extent of the damage.
Defective/Incomplete Product
If the product is defective, we offer full or partial replacement or refund as required.
If the product is incomplete, we will promptly ship the missing part or accessory.
Product Quality Issues
If you receive a used, highly rusted, or otherwise poor-quality product, we offer a full refund or replacement.
Non-Functional Product
Non-functional products are thoroughly examined via phone or video call. Replacement, return, or refund is processed only after approval by our team.
๐ Guidelines to Raise a Support Ticket
Report issues within 72 hours of delivery via the โHave a Concernโ section or email us at support@crackexpert.com.
Provide an unboxing video and relevant images or videos of the issue.
For ongoing tickets, respond within 72 hours to prevent auto-closure.
Resolution may involve phone calls, emails, or video calls.
๐ค Return Process
Provide a re-packing video showing the product securely packed in its original box.
Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address within 2โ3 business days after return approval.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories & packaging.
๐ซ Returns Not Accepted If:
The issue is reported after 72 hours of delivery.
The product is no longer required by the customer.
The product is damaged due to customer mishandling.
The customer ordered the wrong product.
The customer is unwilling to re-pack the product properly.
Combo products are requested to be returned partially.
The customer purchased machinery elsewhere but spares from us โ any fitting or size mismatch in such cases is not our responsibility.
โ Order Cancellation by Crack Expert
We may cancel your order if:
The shipping address is incorrect or incomplete.
The address falls under a โnon-serviceableโ or โout-of-deliveryโ zone.
Cash-on-delivery is not available in your area but was selected.
The product goes out of stock after order placement.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Customer requests open delivery.
๐ Order Cancellation by Customer
A full refund is provided if cancellation is requested before the product is picked up from our warehouse.
If the shipment is already picked up, courier charges will be deducted.
Cancellation requests must be sent to support@crackexpert.com.
๐ณ Refund Process
For prepaid orders, refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7โ10 working days.
For EMI transactions, interest already billed by the bank is non-refundable.
For COD orders, refunds are made via NEFT to your bank account. Please provide:

To claim warranty:
Contact the warranty provider or seller (details on warranty card or email us at support@crackexpert.com).
Provide the original purchase invoice.
Clearly describe the problem, with photos or videos if needed.
Follow the instructions provided for shipping, returning, or troubleshooting.
The product will be assessed:
If repairable, it will be fixed using new or equivalent parts.
If irreparable, a replacement of the same or equivalent model will be provided.
